Our story
faascloud grew out of years of hands-on work in cloud accounting and fractional finance leadership for founders and growing businesses. The pattern was consistent: companies outgrow their bookkeeping long before they can justify a full internal finance team, and that gap slows decisions exactly when decisions matter most.
faascloud was built to close the gap: one team that combines senior financial judgment with a modern cloud tech stack, working as an extension of the businesses it serves. Not a faceless outsourcer, and not a firm that stops at advice.

Co-CEO
Eugene brings venture and advisory experience spanning partner-level work at Disruption Ventures, startup programs at The DMZ, and emerging-technology leadership at PwC Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in management, economics, and accounting from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
Co-CEO
Michael is a Chartered Professional Accountant and cloud accounting specialist who founded NexCloud Consulting, a Toronto cloud accounting and virtual CFO firm, and has led finance transformation for growing businesses. He serves on Wagepoint's WagePAC partner advisory council.
